I use to live this place, I thought what set them aside was how professional they were till the got rid of express line and it's a mess , the wait time ir ridiculous, the lady at the counter said to call I'm my oder next time so I did and the guy on the phone said the wait was long due to the holiday weekend, my suggestion if you know there is gonna be a lot of people have more employees work, but they didn't so I asked him to change it to delivery and he said it wouldn't be till late but I said I still would rather them deliver, so he said they will call at or after 6:30, well he called at 5:30 and I was busy and didnt hear the phone but regardless I called them at 5:45 to get my dollar amount he forgot to tell me, and the lady on the phone told me how much my order was, so had my money ready just waiting on my call, no call it's about 7 and I call to see what's up and the lady on the phone says it's too late cause the delivery guy called at 5:45 and I didn't call him back on a private number and he didn't even leave it on my voicemail, he said to call the club and I did, anyway to make a long story short they need to get there crap together cause you're going down hill Harborside your not what you say your about, bottom line I get better service from drug dealers!
