I don't normally review an establishment, however with Honda of Seattle's service it's worth the time.

Honda of Seattle - I have been a client for more than a decade and I have been more than pleased with their service department. Everyone makes you feel like your service is important. It is clear, you are a valued customer - No matter how many questions you have to ask.

I recently had some major service completed. The clutch on my car failed one foggy Wednesday evening. I immediately called Honda of Seattle in hopes they would be able to fit me in first thing in the morning. Luckily, but not surprisingly, I was told to come on in. That is just one reason I always return. No matter how busy they are they will always make time for your service needs.

What I appreciate the most is the communication. Communication between the customer and service department is exceptional! Direct phone numbers are given so you don't have to call the main line then be transferred to service then to the service associate. One call, you're speaking to the service associate!

I always appreciate the time and effort given by Honda of Seattle and will continue to be a loyal customer.
