Jonathan has some serious customer service issues....

Jonathan has some serious customer service issues. They obviously have a template that you"the customer " must follow. Then if you don't, the attitude comes out and in the end...... they just hang up. So I wanted to spend a decent amount of cash with them but now that isn't going to happen. Also, they are the manufacturer of the buildings and have nothing to do with installation, which they tell you after 15 minutes of conversation. Jonathan must be young and unable to manage his personal emotions, very sad that this is what customer service is nowadays.
