NEVER DO BUSINESS with this place! If you don't believe me, just go there and see what they'll give you for your trade in for fun. You'll believe me then when they try to rape you with no lube. The sales guys are a joke. It takes 25 trips back and forth to their "finance" guy to even get in a ballpark. If you have hair, you'll want to pull it out dealing with these clowns. STAY AWAY! I wouldn't even give a star if I didn''t have to in order to post. To add some credibility to this review, they tried to offer me $2800 for a great condition 2007 Nissan Xterra, black, brand new in-dash DVD/Navigation system, new speakers, nothing wrong mechaincally, 135k miles. Fair trade in blue book for my vehicle in just fair shape is $4k, $5k for good shape, and $6k+ private party. After insulting me with this joke of an offer, I told them to give me my keys. They literally hid them from me for 30 min, then the "manager" said after I finally got my keys myself from their shop area around back, "we don't want your business anyway." I was going to buy a brand new 2016 Toyota 4Runner if they would have been even close to fair. My wife and I make good money and have great credit. They lost my business forever. Hopefully, they'll lose yours too.

P.S. Go to Prestman Auto. I haven't even bought anything from Prestman yet, but after dealing with the idiocracy of Larry H Miller Toyota, Prestman came off as superstars. Very fair and up front with no wasting your time. When I find a vehicle I'm interested in on their lot, I'll buy from them. Just go see for yourself. If you don't like what they have, at least you'll only spend about an hour instead of a half of a day with the other morons from Larry H Miller. Plus, Prestman will take the information on what car you're looking for and call you when they get one in so you're the first to come see if you're interested. That's how two of my co-workers bouhgt their vehicles.
