Firstly I was told that I have been overpaid. I looked at the letter and there was no telephone number on the letter. What sort of company, who are asking for a correspondence, doesn't put their contact details on a letter? Now I am currently on hold to them - 25 minutes later and I'm still waiting! If I'm on hold at 45 minutes I'm ripping up their letter and posting it back to them along with a receipt of my telephone bill!! Is this a sign of things to come? More incompetence? I sincerely hope not.
