I called with some questions about a small job (to run new wiring for a thermostat) and was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jake took the time to answer all of my questions and help me figure out the right path to get my system running again (even when his answers may have pointed to a solution that wouldn t require me to hire them at all). I also felt like my business was important to them, even though I was inquiring about a pretty small job (for which two other contractors never even returned my calls). These guys will be my first call next time.
