I have been a member for a very long time and unfortunately have to go to DAS because intermediary Nationale Nederlanden has decided that. I have had two lawsuits i.v.m. a neighbor who had all the symptoms of psychopathy and the whole neighborhood, colleagues and professionals with false imagination set me up unscrupulous. In addition, two smaller legal problems. The people there have helped me FANTASTICLY. It would have ended badly without the employees of SRK. Very involved, personal and service-oriented, lovely people. Even had a home visit. Can this club recommend to anyone.

I recently reported a case with Kruidvat to SRK Legal Aid. Less than 24 hours later, a letter from SRK had already been sent to Kruidvat. I very much appreciate the speed of handling and the helpfulness of the lawyer!
SRK also has a transparent file tracking system which I also find particularly pleasant.

In short: I am very pleased with this legal assistance insurance.

I cannot say anything yet about the legal handling of cases. About the terribly arrogant attitude and working method. Procedures are geared to the internal organization. And that for a service company ... Very sad. I call because I have questions, want answers, but at least want to spar. I can leave info. Receive an email saying that I will be called within 5 days. This is not a service! I understand that you want to work efficiently, but focus on your customers instead of your own procedures. Of course it costs more money to be customer-oriented, but as a service company this is part of it.

Pay years but if you need them it is not covered by the insurance and they say that you can appeal yourself or call the legal counter. Immediately terminated what poor service says what do I pay you for ?!

Business done with Mr. de Wilde. Despite clear agreements in advance, it was stated afterwards that extra services had to be provided that were not agreed.

Wow, the ladies behind the SRK reception understand the profession of hostess! Hospitality of the better kind! I did not come here as a customer, but as a supplier, but the receipt was undoubtedly far above average! Chapeau.

This organization is of no use, with weak excuse reasons they try to get away with everything when it really comes down to it. The only thing I can advise, find another party than you are better off than SRK

I see quite a few recent negative reviews here, but I was helped extremely well and quickly. Although I already had a lot of preparation, but still. Immediately after my application, someone was set up who worked on it meticulously! Class

20 YEARS to pay premiums for Jan dick. In the past you could consult a lawyer for a while, on the basis of your question you could determine whether it was legally wise to continue. Now you will be kept on the line through the entire protocol-learned story of the assistant. First application if, and only then answer. Or you get a referral to Legal Desk, where you are then kept on the line for 7 minutes and the money goes further. And no one gets to the line. There you go 20 years premium in the pockets of this kind of people, then you can do the field work yourself, that was 15 years ago. All evidence and then they walk away with the money. Little done myself ...

Unfortunately I had to use SRK due to an accident where I was not at fault. The Mr Bakankus employee helped me a great deal with the case and ensured that I received what I was entitled to. He responded quickly to my emails or questions. I can only say that SRK helped me very well.

Never again! They will be happy to help you if you need help and if you file a complaint they will not call back to discuss your complaint but they will discuss it with your therapist and draw the conclusion that you have to solve it with them.

Extremely service oriented and a professional approach. Mike Atjok handled my case and its solved promptly. Highly recommended.

At first contact my case had no chance of success. Lawyer did not at them, even disinterested. Should weeks to months waiting for a reply. Eventually resolved itself and received compensation. Something he "just assumed" from my word, enclosed in correspondence with emails, just not read. Now, he would close my file and I would get a survey. When I explained why I had the file closed: inactivity, a long wait etc. my file is not closed and the survey I have not had ....

Unfortunately again a bad experience with SRK. Lawyer who, with a 9 to 5 mentality, does not go one step faster and refuses to cooperate. You have been doing this for years as a customer! The ladies on the phone cannot fault it, but if it concerns a substantive request for help, they cannot be reached by lawyers or do not call back. You are almost forced to hire an expensive external lawyer. We have been working on the SRK for a week. A waste of our time and energy.

Don't take a step harder for you, unfortunately. You better have some legal knowledge and a smooth chat yourself, because I managed to do more yourself than these guys could. After more than six months, having the business transferred to our advacate, and suddenly things happen and steps are taken. These lap swans have not been able to do that in those 6 months. Especially if you were assigned mister pang Atjok I would ask for another one!
