I took my great aunt here after a fall and they didn't even clean up her bloody head. We were there for hours in the ER and all they did was a cat scan and released us. The part that bothered me the most was that when I pulled up my car they had her walk out on her own. She was very upset and told me the lady walked ahead of her very fast and that she fell into the wall and the lady told her not to fall in the hospital. My aunt is 90 and had a head injury, she should have been wheeled out.

The only good thing here was the security guard who met me with a wheel chair and parked my car so I could take her in.
