Second time to K and Z. Was not impressed the first time, not impressed this time either. The service is slow and inattentive due to being understaffed I believe, just like the last time. The place is super noisy and cold.

Why do they think they need to charge $15.50 for a Reuben with bland pastrami, almost no sour kraut and stale bread. I got a vastly better pastrami Reuben at Kornblatt's for $11.95.

I know that a restaurant or a customer can have an off day which is why we went back. Don't bother, K an Z is just another example of sheeple figuring it must be good since it's busy despite what their senses are telling them.
