from germany i try to place an order in the spaces...

from germany i try to place an order in the spaceshop.com online,but always you can read : unable to process the payment because invalid data was supplied with the transaction.my bank me tolded it`s all ok to the bank dates and also there is no mistake in my order. i wrote an email to the support team of thespaceshop.com, but no reaction,no answer during 2 weeks.so thanks a lot for nothing
