Terrible customer service. My husband and I won a 'free' trip ended up costing us $130 then they called me constantly during work to confirm our reservation. I was in the middle of something at work so I denied the call thinking I'd call back later but they'd call right back instead of them taking a hint. After several times I ended up turning off my phone and later in the day turned it back on and they were calling me again!! I answered and told them we weren't coming and to cancel our reservation. I thought nothing of it afterwards but they kept calling during the couple days before the cancelled reservation. A week after our CANCELLED reservation I have ANOTHER charge of $130!!!! I called and they said they had no record of me cancelling so they weren't going to refund my EXTRA $130! Total of $260 for a trip I did not take and now really really don't want to take. Terrible customer service even before I got there! I was going to reschedule and now want nothing to do with them! Beware of this place!! They harass you before you get there and charge you a ton for so called 'free' trip. I would give them less than -5 stars if I could!
