Do not... I repeat DO NOT waste your money or vacation here. They are all liars and thieves. I was told if I went to a presentation for time share they would REFUND me 50% of the federal taxes. What they did not explain was that it was a credit to the room to be used on food and drinks. Me and my sister both speak perfect English and Spanish so we understood perfectly what was explained to us. We both were eating and drinking and paying as we go to avoid a big bill at the end. So now comes checkout and they are telling me that I am infact losing 2500 pesos, roughly about $150 American dollars. Not the end of the world but we worked hard to save up and take this trip. We were both careful and cautious with our spending and now they are keeping our money bc we didn't use it. It didn't matter who we spoke to they didn't care. They said we lost our money and that's it.
It's unfair and bad for business.
So warning!!!! Don't waste your time. one person tells you one thing and 5 minutes later you ask someone else and they tell you another.
And the cherry on top was we still had to pay $22 more dollars for taxes. They wouldn't even consider using the $2000+ pesos they robbed us for. Horrible experience.
