I purchased a car from Pohanka Honda and received the absolute best customer service possible! Caleb Moore made sure every moment of this process was smooth and that I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I had been patiently waiting to buy a car for a very long time, and for the last year Caleb has contacted me to see if I was ready to purchase my car. He guaranteed the best price and let me know that he s ready whenever I am. From past experiences with salesmen, I know that sometimes they can be overwhelming. You feel as though they are more concerned about just selling their product and less about your personal needs. My experience at Pohanka Honda was the complete opposite. As a full time student at SU, Caleb understood what I could afford while also keeping in mind that I wanted a brand new car that was fully loaded. He worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted at an unbelievable price!!! AND I didn t have to spend my entire day at the dealership (which is unheard of).
