I wish I could give a lower grade than 1 star to this beautiful theater that is so mismanaged. Our group of five recently at the Brit Floyrd concert had a problem with being seated in wrong seats by the ushers. They moved us to different seats in the middle of the concert causing embarrassment and making people around us aggravated. When we discussed the issue with the manager on duty ( Glen Poston), it was like talking to the wall. Not only he did not at least apologize, he was rude and abrupt with a stupid smirk on his face. Later we found out that the ushers are all volunteers. A place like Fox Theater has volunteers for ushers without training or having any idea where the rows and the seats are. With a manager like Glen Poston what do you expect?
