I went to Rohrman Schaumburg Ford to look for a 2013 F150 Raptor, which is a tough vehicle to find with a wait time of around 6 months. Chase and Nick informed me that they had placed an order for a Raptor a few weeks earlier for stock. In order to expedite the process for me, they replaced their order with my specific order to effectively let me "jump in line". Any time I wanted to get an update on the status of the build, they were more than happy to do make the calls and do the research.

I received a call 3.5 months later letting me know that my truck had arrived. What a great surprise! The pick up and paperwork process was extremely smooth and easy, as everyone else involved was extremely helpful and friendly.

The bottom line is that I love my new truck, and I cannot say enough about everyone at Rohrman Schaumburg Ford. They truly made the experience great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.
