I dropped my sienna at nov 2014 for repairing door...

I dropped my sienna at nov 2014 for repairing door trim. (Door trim got a damage by prestige technicians.) but prestige technicians did not repair.
he just tricked that. he did take off damage part. He just put new part on damage part.
i showed service manager. service manage understood that, then he said that he would order new part for repairing perfectly.
After that, i called several time to him. he said please wait, the part will come . that was dec. after calling, l leaved the country during 3 weeks.
At last week, i visited prestige toyota for service. i asked him door trim. but he did not realize. he even could not fine order history.
that means that he does not order a part. he lies to me.
i wrote down all of them to toyota survey. today morning i got a call from service manager prestige toyota. he never apologize me. he just said " i repair, do not complain, call to manager" he was so rude. i cannot believe that this is happened at toyota.
all of them i write down are ture. i have pictures and calling history.
Don't go to prestige toyota service. They will repair a problem, but they will give you another problem.
Prestige toyota service is worst service center i met.
