We checked in yesterday, and were given the wrong ...

We checked in yesterday, and were given the wrong category room that we booked months in advance. We are here for 4 nights, and we were told if you don t like it, go to another hotel .

We accepted the wrong category room for the 1 night in hopes to move rooms for the remainder of the stay.

Instead, and 3 follow ups later on our part (not once did they try to contact us to provide any update)... they tried to UPSELL us to a suite.

As an issue which was due to their own fault, I shouldnt have to pay for the right type of bed that we arranged for. Note to management: Make a guest happy for a room that will sit empty otherwise.

Outragous and I certainly will never stay here again. I ll take my casino money elsewhere.
