I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis almost two years ago and recently found out that it did not have any tire tools. I would have thought that this would have been a standard thing to come with a purchase especially being that the truck was a demo from that dealership. I have been trying to get a set of tools for the last three months but nothing so far. I am also infuriated that the tools in question cost over $450 if I ordered from the parts department.
I have also done all of my services at the dealership which I find to be expensive and very time consuming and will be finding another place to go in the future.
