There all screwed up. Dhs is so over there head in lack of staff, poor mngmt!!, Confusion, red tape beauacratic b.s nightmare! They don't even answer their phones! Their supposed!?? Mult million dollar new system has only made the whole claims, processing , case files load ( Overload) baked up years even worse !! People aren't getting their checks for months / kids hungry .... On and on..it goes . I don't even know why I gave them a 1!?? and let's not forget How Gina Raimondo getting into office don't ask me how!???. For the life of me?? How she got voted in?? As soon as she was elected DHS had worse problems than ever before! That about.sums it up..
