Overall I d say my experience was a 6 out of 10. They finally got the car I actually wanted but several times tried to push me into a vehicle I didn t want. Then pricing I had to battle to get anywhere near fair. Once we had agreed on pricing I had to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. I was told 10-15 mins, I waited over an hour and a half for a process that took 5 mins. Then I was done with the financing which he tried to push an extended warranty that I had no want for and acted shocked when for just three dollars a payment I d get another year of coverage that s actually another 3 months of additional payments and over 1500 dollars, nice try though. Next thing was waiting to deliver the car. I was told 5 mins, we just need to finish cleaning it. Waited over 30 mins. and the best part the car wasn t even clean I had to take it back to finish the job as there was still big dirty hand prints all over the headliner. I came into the dealership at 11am I left at 3:30pm, IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 4.5 HOURS TO BUY A CAR.

Honestly feel they just cared about the sale not the experience. But hey I have the car and so far I ve really enjoyed the 4 Runner. Hence the 3 stars.
