Had a horrible experience with this business. We signed a lease and paid our first month and pet deposit fee on their website but was then unexpectedly attacked through email because we didn't pay the extra fee to expedite the funds into their account (move in date wasn't for another 8 days). We were also attacked because we chose to go with the Rhino insurance option they offered to us versus paying a $2000 cash deposit because ...well..who wouldn't choose that option instead. These emails were completely unprofessional and caused a lot of emotional damage to my family and I who went from being so excited to have a new place to call home to being unnecessarily insulted and unwelcomed. We are ultimately glad that we mutually decided to cancel our lease and that we saw this woman's true, and nasty, colors before having to experience any further nightmares with her or this company.
UPDATE: We only breached the part of the lease where we had to pay on the 24th BUT we did make the the payment on the 24th. I have the receipt screenshot. The amount of time your website payments take to process transactions is not something that should have been held against us. Your money hungry expectations wanted the funds to hit your account sooner and you, therefore, punished us. Disgusting. Even if we would've expedited them like you apparently wanted us to, it wouldn't have hit your account until the 25th anyway. We only got the go ahead to sign the lease from you that morning. Thanks for making false accusations and further inflicting negatively upon our experience with your company.
