They do a great job installing the units and that s where it ends

When you have service done you don t get the parts. In February they promised a new filter its August and its still not here Then when you call them on it it just showed up and they say it s shipping that day (doubt it)

When you call for service they schedule you out a month and then tell you if your willing to pay an extra 200 they will come early

Talked to a few people who use to work there and they comment is the company is going downhill

In the past I recommend this company. I no longer will and recommend people find someplace else
