Had an excellent experience buying my certified pre-owned 2016 Rav4 Hybrid here. The manager and the salesperson, as well as the rest of the staff are very professional and have good people skills. They really took their time with me and helped me secure a great rate for this vehicle. I did not feel pressured nor suspected any cheating whatsoever.
