Our family just purchased a 2020 Sienna last week from Prestige Toyota. All the associates are nice especially John Parra. John is our salesperson. He is patience, courteous and knowledgeable. Since English is not our first language, John answered our questions very patiently. He speaks slowly just in case we could catch and understand every single word. He even typed down and printed out every information we needed. He has scheduled a service appointment for us today to fix the power mirrors (they are not working properly). He is definitely going the extra mile. Thank you.
P.S. I am giving 5 stars to the sales department but not satisfy with services department. The power mirrors are not working properly at the very first day and we asked for replacement. We got an email saying someone will be in touch with us soon but have not heard anything until we sent an Email to John. There is definitely still room for improvement on quality control. We were expected ZERO malfunctions for a brand new car. Thank you.
