the worst customer service you can imagine combine...

the worst customer service you can imagine combined with the smell of pee...
i landed 11pm at the airport, called for a shuttle (hotel is 8 minutes away) and waited over 2 hours. i tried calling the hotel to check status, and the front desk ignores my calls for over an hour. finally i took a cab to the hotel finding the front desk lady/shuttle driver watching tv... then she yelled at me saying shuttle service needs to be arranged 24 hours ahead... what a joke!!! save your money..
