First off, I would like to point out that this review is in NO WAY a negative refelction on the Autobarn of Mazda but their DISTRICT MANAGER !!!!!! I haven't met or talked to him/her but after the service department manager called me to let me know my paint issue with my 2014 Mazda 6 was declined it has left a bitter taste in my mouth and thus the purpose of this post ! I brought this car brand new from here and actually the color of my car is an extra and thus extra money I will pay not to mention the autoguard paint coverage I purchased the day I got this vehicle. My issue is / was that this paint that has come off is not due to normal road / enviromental damage and it appears on parts of my vehicle that are uncommon in my opinion to damage like this. I was told and shown an invoice from one of their service department associates yesterday when I had my car there that it would cost Mazda a total of around $1,800 to fix this.....in my opinion, a very small price to do whats right and keep your customers coming through the door !!!!!!! Besides this, the people that work here have been great in my opinion but as for the DISTRICT MANAGER I'd like to say "thanks for nothing but putting this bad taste in my mouth after this car costing me over $32,000.....It's sometimes the little things that matter DISTRICT MANAGER and most of all.....doing what is right !!!!!! ****** I must point out that I would have given this dealership 5 stars if not for this DISTRICT MANAGER turning down my legitimate paint issue ! ******
