Absolutely a most horrible experience. Forget about the wait times on the phone, I am talking about complete incompetence. Blatant lying. You can't believe one thing this department tells you. My wife and I both waited on the phone for over 3 hours and at the conclusion we were told two completely different excuses for why the cards have not been received.
