Left our family van Friday morning at a scheduled appointment. Was told I'd be contacted in two hours. I called after six hours, message left for Nate Lawes, my service advisor. He called a let me a voicemail with the same exact update he gave me when I left the van six hours earlier. I called back, no answer. Called the Service manager John, he was able to let me know within a few minutes what the issues was but they needed to order the part. Not sure why I had to leave our van during a scheduled appointment so they could sit on it for 5 plus hours then diagnose. No consideration for my time. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Nate's response wasn't an apology but he just said "whatever" when handing me the paperwork. The parts manager later refused to work with a different dealership as I explained to John I didn't feel good about this location doing the service. I've resulted in filing a case with Toyota. Wish I could have my time back.

Update - Levi contacted me and apologized and has scheduled me to come back so they could make it right.
