How long are we going to buy and put up with THE WORST EVER warranty customer service???? LG booked and missed the service appointment 4 times without notifying me of the cancellations. The amount I lost in wages waiting for them at home, I could have bought 2 new appliances and still have money left over.
LG customer service is only good at making apologies. If LG contracted reliable and knowledgeable repair technicians the reviews would improve from the obligatory 1 star. Other appliance manufacturers are doing it.
