I have recently moved supplier using the money saving expert process. I have to say the service here is terrible. From day one I have had issues. I was receiving emails stating I had cancelled my direct debit when I had not. I queried it and was told to ignore the monthly emails. This set alarm bells ringing. I supplied meter readings and suddenly found myself with a bill nearing 300 pounds. I looked at my transactions and my monthly amount had now doubled coupled with the account saying again I had no direct debit despite the first 2 months going out with direct debit. I have no confidence in the account management of this company and very difficult to get hold of face to face. Avoid.
