In veterinary matters, there is good and not so good. The theory is more present than the practice.
There are negligence diagnoses that cost the life of your pet even if we are told "we can not see everything"!
As in a previous comment, we must ourselves be a little veto to tell them what to do, still need to be heard and it's annoying.
Assumptions are not enough we must go after investigations especially when it comes to tumor. Loss of time, money and your pet.
I think it's a business business before medicine.
One wonders why the rates are so high. An ultrasound for a cat 160 for a human 90 .
I see a general lack of trust in veterinarians who are more concerned about making their business profitable before they take care, and if that fails and well for you, they will not risk anything. Very limited professional awareness.
