Worst experience ever....they took for ever on my ...

Worst experience ever....they took for ever on my case and now im being garnished. They took no responsibility for it instead telling me I should sue my state because it was there fault. I could go on and on. Horrible at returning phone calls. You're better off doing your taxes on your own.

You're customer satisfaction manger is the one who handled my case , because of prior problems I had with you're company. I requested both state and federal to be done. Some where down the line youre company said I had only asked for federal. I complained and I said I would pay more it just needed to be done. You're customer service representative said you would do state free of charge if I took off my negative review off. So I did! After months I was then garnished by the state of Oregon even though I had called your company and told them numerous times that Oregon was threatening to garnish me. I was told And reassured that that was not going to happen by your customer service department. After all of that I was clearly and rightfully very upset and your customer service department told me that they did me a favor by doing State in the first place . It was simply a courtesy on their behalf I shouldn't be upset at all and there is nothing they can do about it. In fact your company has still not responded to the last email I sent of a question I had on my case. That was at least two months ago so no you're a customer satisfaction team has not helped me in any way or made anything right.
