I never do anything like this but I have to get this out there. I was on hold for over 3.5 hours once I finally was connected to a RUDE woman named Jackie Duffy...she was ignorant and acted like I was bothering her. I was explaining the situation to her and I felt she just wasn't interested in what I was asking her or saying. And I couldn't believe what happened next... I asked Jackie roughly how long would it take for someone to get back to me or to receive something in the mail and this woman was so RUDE her response was "I don't know..." (adding a snobby attitude to this remark). I had husband next to me and he was shocked on her response as well. I never have done this before but I'm sorry.. there are so many other people looking for work who would appreciate having a job.
