Very disappointed in what they have done with the place. I took my family there as a stop on our vacation this year. The quality of the park has gone down a lot. The highlight of a trip to the space center is the guided bus tour, it s amazing. This time because of their lack of ability to deal with a large crowd, they canceled it. No warning just didn t do it. They did however load us on a bus and ship us up to another souvenir shop and then brought us back. No partial refund, free hat or kiss my foot, just a big ole screw you, we got your money and you can t do anything about it. Poor customer service. I won t go back again.
