Absolutely incompetent

I received a letter telling me that I had to update my details. I managed to do so online, this was about a month ago.

I have now received another email, telling me that I have to update my details. I am having trouble accessing my account so I ended up calling the official Student Loans Comapny phone number, only to be put through to ringing and then a solid tone, as if the call was terminated.

It's almost as if they are trying to get you to fail to update your details so that they can add even more interest to your nice little bit of debt that you have collected. What a disgusting and immoral practice. I hope other companies can learn from the grave mistakes of this one.
