I moved into a property managed by Accel and my experience has been amazing. My husband and I moved in at the peak of hurricane season so we encountered minor flooding in our apartment and our landlord was out at our property the SAME day we sent in our request for assistance. Not only did Chuck assist us with our issue at hand but he also went out of his way to fix two other things for us. No other landlord has gone above and beyond for us like that. I ve had to call the office a few times with questions and each time I was met with professionalism and they seemed like they truly wanted to help me. I d highly recommend renting with Accel if you are looking for a new place.
