I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews at all, but this place is ridiculous. My grandmother was a nurse for 40 years in the area and actually retired from Genesys. We've always used Genesys for everything but it seems to be going down hill... My grandmother is currently in the hospital for various reasons and you wouldn't believe the terrible treatment from the staff/nurses! In the past 3 weeks that she has been in the hospital, there was ONE nurse that was really good. Just one. Unbelievable.. 90% of the female nurses are mean, unprofessional, and are always sitting down and playing on their phones. My grandmother currently needs help eating because she's unable to lift her arms right now, and these nurses make her feel bad and like she is a burden because they have to help her eat. It's sickening. My family plans on looking into what can be done about this. Hope this helps some of you decide whether you still want to use this hospital or not in the future.
