Don't do it!!!! Armstrong talked a good game but as soon as I put money down their tune changed. Couldn't get a hold of my "project manager" almost ever. They kept promising a building that could be bought and erected within my budget but they couldn't find a builder to build it for anywhere close to the price they said it would cost. They say you can get your deposit money back if something happens...... FALSE! It started out as money to "Hold the steel price" then turned into "Engineering fees" and cannot get a dime back. Over $10,000 that they are holding and after 7 months will not give back. My true review would be 0 stars. DON'T DO IT!!!
