Disappointing

Disappointing
The restaurant, famous for its dishes and truffle menus, is very nice and almost always serves the reservation.
I put a star NOT because the experience was totally negative or because we found ourselves bad, but because I hope to come back and change my mind on some points that, unfortunately, for a restaurant of this thickness, should be improved, for this I will start with the describe all the positive things I have noticed.
The wine cellar is exceptional, from the most exclusive to the most accessible, but still an excellent selection, almost always available.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always attentive to customer needs, truly 5-star.
The menu is very clear and allows you to choose the courses without finding final surprises, you can also make the tasting menu, the most famous are with black truffles or white truffles (about 200 euros per person).
We stayed until late and, although we were practically the last ones, we were not pushed to leave.
The environment is very exclusive.
Why did I put a star? Honestly, I hoped that the dishes had more truffles and less seasoning, in short, I choose a place like this because I love truffles!
On the first. in particular, unfortunately the taste of the truffle was almost absent, not because it was used little, but because it was drowned by other flavors such as cheese or other.
In short, I expected to taste more truffles in the dishes and, if the restaurant was not really renowned for this, I would have put 5 stars, but since I went there on purpose I expected something more.
I state that we chose an excellent wine and that, although we did not choose the tasting menu, we requested a wide range of dishes, just to taste the truffle in all its forms.
Prices are notoriously high, but this does not hide it, we have spent c.ca 120euro per person.
I repeat, I hope to come back and change my mind ...
