My husband and I used Kahane Law Office for the purchase of our first home. It was a bit of an irregular purchase as we were purchasing my parent's home and they were down-sizing to a condo. Of course, we started this process mid-December. Because of the nature of the deal, there were some deadlines each party needed to hit and we had some concerns as it was nearing the holiday season.
