My dad and I came in to check out an Accord and we we're helped by James Arroyo. He was probably the best car sales man I've ever dealt with. We didn't end up purchasing the car but even after hours of taking his time, going to the mechanics with us and back and even introducing us to his manager to possibly negotiate the price down (even though it is a no haggle lot) he was still very professional, completely transparent and never had an attitude or pressured us to purchase. I highly recommend that if you plan on purchasing at Honda of Seattle ask for James Arroyo and you'll be in good hands.
