Today I went in for a oil change and tire rotaction. Well I wish I could post what my cabin filter looked like, cause they didn't check AGAIN.
I took a picture of it.
And I had to clean it when I got home. So what am I paying them for any way. I complained to the service guy, didn't get his name, but he didn't care. Just sign here he said, and pushed me out the door!
DON'T GO TO LHM TOYOTA IN MURRY. They don't do the service or they screw up your vehicle. I had a recall on my truck for springs, after they did it it squeaks all the time. I took it back got told by the manager Lisa. She said that I would have to pay $700 for a muffler. Why I asked because the old one don't fit with the new springs. Shouldn't they be putting on a new muffler to fit with the springs. My old muffler was fine.
POOR SERVICE, DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTMERS ONLY WANTS MONEY.
I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The response from the dealership was 4 years ago when I was happy with them. I am no longer happy!
