Last June 2018 I received a Stack invite where I was asked to redeem a code, I executed this on the day of the mail. Now in August 2018 I log in to my account and it appears that the Stack is not listed with my products. As it turns out, redeeming the code apparently didn't go well and the Stack was unceremoniously forgiven to another. I have not been informed of this and, in short, I am unlucky according to the company transip. What an insanely bad service!
