I didn't buy my car from Jim Ellis, I got it through Carvana, but they have been my dealership for everything and I wouldn't trade them for the world. They always have good timing even if they are running behind. And if that happens, they are always willing to accommodate for your wait time. They are honest and being a single woman it is really important for me to go to a dealership that I can trust. Although most men deal in the service department, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me and are telling me the truth about my car.
