Would rate 1 star, but the nurse and aid staff are coherent, skilled, and attentive. The Dr and specialist staff, on the other hand, are mostly clowns parading around in lab coats. Dr. Surapaneni is by far the worst phychiatrist I've ever spoken to. If you're a psychiatrist, two of your main tasks in diagnosing are listening and being decisive, he did neither during my stay. I think his liscence and degree are a fallacy.
