I just spent 2 1/2 half hours waiting to speak to ...

I just spent 2 1/2 half hours waiting to speak to a Medicaide Rep. Yes it was frustrating. I was very, very fortunate to speak to a very compassionate Rep. Her name is Diana Hodgekinson. I've never had a more pleasant experience. . The 3 star rating is for the system but Diana was a 5 star in my opinion. Rhode Islanders still care for Rhode Islanders.
