The service is to be definitely improved.
The first room was not as we have ordered. We booked a king bed, but we're given two queen need instead.
This was quickly fixed though.
The second room had several little cockroaches running around the TV stand, as well as one little one was also found inside the bed. The bedding (the sheets on the mattress) was disgusting. Lots of unclean spots. So we have called for a Manager.
After manager came to our room and investigated, she confirmed and changed our room to another floor.
No problems was found after that. Really good room and clean bedding.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention. In that room the phone was completely dead! But it was no a big problem for me.
