My experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai was excellent. I was very apprehensive about the process being long and unduly complicated but the sales person Chuck Alderman made the experience easier and things went smoothly. I got a great deal -a certified used car that is like brand new. All my requests were honored in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
