I have never seen such an attitude like this in my entire life.

One of the situations;

Politely I have asked him actually very politely
May I have an audio output to use it for our recording system?

He said; You cannot even tap or touch the sound mixer and he went away giving me his back without even saying excuse me may I have to go please.!

In a very racist, aggressive and arrogant way.

Instead of saying;

Please, accept my apology sir we will not be able to provide you with request.
Or
I regret to inform you that we may not be able to commit to your request.

I regret to say this;
Horrible service.
