I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Jim Ellis. This was my first time buying a new car and first time buying from a dealership, and I had heard horror stories about people's various frustrations and negative memories of dealerships. But Mario in sales and Karrie in financing were terrific, I got an amazing deal on my truck, and my entire experience from start to finish was positive and low-stress. I will definitely be back to Jim Ellis for future car needs.
